The short version: the app collects no personal information and sends nothing off your device.

None. Hidden Word has no user accounts and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers, and it does not make network requests. All verse content is bundled inside the app.
The app saves your preferences locally on your device only, so it can remember them between launches:
This information never leaves your device.
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device using iOS. This happens entirely on the device — no notification server or personal data is involved. You can turn reminders off at any time in the app or in the iOS Settings app.
The app's widget displays verse content on your home screen. It reads only the bundled verse data on your device and sends nothing anywhere.
Because all data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. There is nothing stored on any server for us to delete.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
