Hidden Word ("the app") helps you memorize Bible verses. This policy explains how the Android version of the app handles your information.
The short version: the app collects no personal information and sends nothing off your device.

None. Hidden Word has no user accounts and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers, and it makes no network requests. Both Bible translations are bundled inside the app, so it works with no internet connection at all.
The app saves the following locally on your device only, using Android's standard app storage, so it can remember your progress between launches:
This information never leaves your phone. It is not uploaded to any server, and the developer cannot see it.
The app requests no Android permissions. Sharing a verse hands the text to Android's own share sheet, and you choose the destination app; Hidden Word neither sees nor records that choice.
Because all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. You can also clear it at any time from Android Settings → Apps → Hidden Word → Storage → Clear data. There is nothing stored on any server for us to delete.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
The English text is the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. The Polish text is the Uwspółcześniona Biblia Gdańska, copyright © 2018 Fundacja Wrota Nadziei, used under the Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivatives 4.0 licence and reproduced verbatim.
